Happy Thanksgiving friends! As I said on Monday, and have said multiple times before, Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday of the year. I love it as it’s a forced opportunity to sit back and think over all we’ve been blessed with and spend time with friends and family. While this is also a tough time of the year for us, ever since losing our son, we also love Thanksgiving because we see all that we do have.
Whatever you do today, I hope you enjoy your time with friends and family before collapsing into a food coma. 😉 With regards to shopping today, consider yesterday’s Yahoo Finance article which claims that although some stores might be open, it does little to nothing to boost holiday sales. I don’t know what my point in that is, other than to say enjoy time at home with friends and family because the same stuff can be bought later at likely the same price if not cheaper. 🙂
