Shout Out Saturday #16

pretty dog

Happy Saturday everyone! Was it just me, or did this week fly by? It has been another crazy week for us weather wise. It started out with us being in the mid 80’s at the beginning of the week and then the potential for snow Thursday through Saturday. I am writing this on Wednesday to get ahead for the week and can’t imagine getting snow in May. I’ve seen snow in April, other than this year, but never in May. With the crazy weather we have had this year I shudder to think of what it’ll be like this summer. I guess it can’t be any worse than it was last summer when it killed our grass due to crazy high temperatures and no rain. Besides the weather, it has been a very good week for Frugal Rules in the blogosphere. In the span of the past week I have been mentioned on several high profile sites like MSN Money and Investment News which has meant quite a bump in traffic to the site and not to mention some really nice links to boot. That said, I’ll stop boring you with my words and let you get on with your weekends as you hopefully have much nicer weather to go play in than we do.

Thanks to everyone who gave me a shout out this past week or included me in their Blog Carnival, it was much appreciated. If you’re looking for some great reading, then check out some of the blogs listed and I can guarantee you’ll learn something. Have a great weekend everyone; as you’re reading this I’ll be at the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting spending some time with Warren!  🙂
